This package is best suited for the couple who have little time to spare and wish to entrust their wedding planner to completely manage wedding planning and day of logistics. Don’t worry - we’ve got you covered!

SERVICES INCLUDE:

•    Unlimited contact via email / phone / video chat from the time of contract  (Six (6+) or more months prior to wedding.)
•    Three (3) planning meetings
•    Budget development and management
•    Vendor scouting and management including contract review and coordination to ensure services are provided as requested
•    Wedding design, décor ideation and selection
•    Custom wedding checklist and run of show timelines
•    Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned
•    Facilitate and attend vendor meetings, tastings, and site visits
•    Review and coordinate wedding ceremony and reception timelines with all vendors
•    Direction of your wedding ceremony rehearsal
•    On-site management and execution of all wedding day logistics up to 12 hours
•    Set-up of all wedding elements (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)
•    Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed to vendors
•    Arrange for ALL your personal items are packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle
•    Access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit”
•    Wedding assistant required for weddings of 100+ guests, additional fees apply
