    Wedding website creation for guests to obtain wedding details like location, hotel booking, wedding day details, etc.
    Handle the shipping and transportation of wedding items to and from the wedding location
    Work directly with your destination venue contact and ensure clear communication and execution
    Save the Date and Invitation assistance
    Main point of contact for all email communications for local and international guests

On-Site Destination Wedding Planner Details:

    All travel, accommodations and food must be paid for by the client; travel day fees may apply
    On-site management and execution of all wedding day logistics up to 12 hours
    Coordination of wedding events before or after the actual wedding day including rehearsal dinner, pool party, bachelorette party and any other activities during your wedding weekend is $300 per day up to 6 hours of on-site service
