•    Provide assistance with location, travel and accommodation detailed communications, etc
•    Handle the shipping and transportation of event items to and from the location
•    Work directly with your destination venue contact and ensure clear communication and execution
•    Main point of contact for all email communications for local, out of town and international guests
•    Comprehensive event and run of show timelines and checklist
•    Vendor coordination including contract review to ensure services are provided as requested

On-Site Details:
•    On-site management and execution of all event day logistics up to 12 hours
•    Assistant required for events of 100+ guests, additional fees apply
•    All travel accommodations and food (on event day) must be paid for by the client; travel day fees may apply
